HAPPY TO WALK IN THE RAIN WITH KAMIK

Looking for the perfect all-season boots for the man in your life? Well, we may have found them for you! Check-out the details behind the break for more information.

We recently had the chance to partner up with Kamik, a Canadian company specializing in footwear since 1898, and we’re happy to finally share with you our experience.

Kamik’s moto is “Strength. Protection. Guidance.” and after test driving their Huntsman Waterproof Rubber Boots ($159) in some recent spring rains we couldn’t have picked a more appropriate slogan ourselves.

The Huntstman, are made of Kamik’s own brand of rubber which is both extremely light, and flexible while also being extremely durable. Kamik claims their RubberHE is two-times stronger than traditional PVC rubber, and while time will only tell, based on our uses so far we believe it!

Strength aside, this rubber is also recyclable so you can also wear them conscience free, while the lining is also treated with a microbe shield which provides protection against odor, bacteria, and fungus (while also being environmentally friendly!).

The Huntsman boots we tested featured taped seals and sealants to ensure a complete watertight boot, making them perfect for snow or rain. In our uses so far, we’ve had no water leaks from any part of the boot – even the neoprene uppers which we expected to be more prone to leakage, but were pleasantly surprised.

Another feature our model really liked was the strong boot grip to add traction in any weather, and the heal-kick off to allow you to easily and quickly remove them when you get in doors.

With fathers day around the corner, and spring rains well in swing, there’s no better time to check-out this great boot that is both fashionable and functional. You can find a local dealer by click on the following link or by visiting the Kamik site.
Happy Hunting
